As with any commercial transaction, there is always a chance that a purchased item will go on sale at some point in the future. Flash sales cannot be combined with any other offer. While our flash sales rarely offer a lower price than previously available, in the instances where they do, we offer price protection for those who purchased a product within 72 hours of the start of a flash sale: one-time price adjustment for items marked down within seventy-two (72) hours of the date on your purchase. Items purchased with coupons or promotional discounts are not eligible for price adjustments and cannot be combined with any other offer (including entrant discounts). Limit one coupon or promotional discount per transaction. To obtain a price adjustment on a qualified purchase, you must call 1.800.310.FEST, or send us an email message at info@austinfilmfestival.com within a seventy-two (72) hour window of the flash sale start date. Include your order number in your message.
